The talk will begin at 3 pm and last ~ 45 min, followed by Q&A. Then we will have refreshments and social time. Copies of her book, American Organic: A Cultural History of Farming, Gardening, Shopping, and Eating (University Press of Kansas, 2015), will be sold.
